The night before The Shawshank DM group received a message with an HC from Ponzi. This got YHC super stoked. It was great to see you again, brother. SL had 5 pax show up. It is still really sucky to run with Buzzsaw, but he will definitely make you faster. after SL, YHC saw 11 Pax (Good sized Numbers) ready to get better.
THE THANG:
First Trip around the large soccer field. Stop at every small light post to do 2 Burpees, 5 merkins, and 10 Squats.
Second trip around same field. At every light post alternate your mode of transportation from Bear Crawl to Walking Lunges to Broad Jump Burpees.
