Weather- 50 and clear
The thang: 5 Burpees for the late car, 10 SSH IC, 10 TTT IC, 10 LBAC F IC/ B IC, 10 IW IC, mosey around lot 1 time and back to front of school. YHC dropped off wife’s car to be serviced and then ran here from Nissan on Old Cherokee- misjudged time to get here- 1 min to spare. Had to set up cones and wiffle balls for exercise on the fly. Pax didn’t rub it in too much- even Wapner. Pax took turns rolling a 10 sided die. As a group, we would mosey to cone to match the number rolled. This isn’t nascar, so we alternated from running left/ right each time. Exercises were written on the wiffle balls, These included: 3 burpees, 5 burpees, 10 lunges each leg, 10 HR merkins, 10 merkins, 20 squats, 10 BBSU, 20 LBCs, 10 IW, run a lap
Pick up cones head to flag. IW for 1 minute to end the workout.
