Well, today is “Star Wars Day”. YHC was going to come up with a really cool, nerdy Star Wars themed workout, but that didn’t happen. We ended up spelling STAR WARS and SKYWALKER with the first letter of an exercise. Nonetheless the PAX were pushed and effort was given!
