- Start at the bottom of the gym stairs.
- Run up/down/up/down/…/up and land at the top
- 21 Merkins, 21 LBCs
- Run to the LOPAC stairs
- Run down lane 1, hard right, back up the ramp, hard right back towards LOPAC stairs
- Run down lane 2, run up/down/up/…/down and land at the bottom
- 21 Merkins, 21 LBCs
- Run back to the start of the gym stairs.
- That is one lap.
- Rinse and repeat adding +1 rep to each of the exercises until time is called.
