Between every round, high plank or 6in was held until every pax completed round.
Round 1:
40 burpees, 10 on one side line and run to the other sideline (approx. 25yards) and complete another 10 until 40 burpees completed.
Round 2:
40 squrls, 10 on one side line then run and carry coupon to the other sideline (approx. 25yards) and complete another 10 until 40 squrls completed.
Round 3:
40 overhead presses, 10 on one side line then run and riffle man carry coupon to the other sideline (approx. 25yards) and complete another 10 until 40 completed.
Round 4:
40 X factors, 10 on one side line then run to the other sideline (approx. 25yards) and complete another 10 until 40 completed.
Round 5:
60 big boys with block at feet, 10 on one side line then run and carry coupon to the other sideline (approx. 25yards) and complete another 10 until 40 completed.
Round 6:
40 kettle bell swings, 10 on one side line then run and carry coupon to the other sideline (approx. 25yards) and complete another 10 until 40 completed.
Round 7:
40 Merkins, 10 on one side line bear crawl to the other sideline (approx. 25yards) and complete another 10 then return to the other sideline by crawl bear, repeat until 40 completed.
Then finished with carrying coupons back to resting place, approx. 200 yards.
