F3 Lexington 6 Year Celebration

Six years ago on March 1, 2014, 103 men including dozens of FNGs posted in the gloom at River Bluff High School for what stands today as the biggest launch in F3 history. Six years and 36 AOs later, we celebrate The Big Bang.

When: Saturday, February 29th from 6:30am – 7:30am

Where: Graveyard (River Bluff High School – park at football stadium)

We will have 2 workout options:

Standard Bootcamp with Core (Boneyard) Options at each

Ultimate Frisbee for those that prefer the less physical but still challenging efforts
