Hey, lets switch workout days, and of course the day before, Rocky Top does it again! So had to get a workout in to release some stress.
Conditions : Nice cool 29, nice and clear skies too
Warm Up : SSH 10 in cadence, 10 burpees IYO, little baby arm circles forward and backwards of course 10 in cadence, (in memory of 10 that got fired yesterday on Rock Top), next 4 by 4 (1 burpee while in plack 4 push ups and then 4 mtn climbers ) rinse repeat 4 rounds, then finished up with lap around parking lot.
Grab coupons, then over to the parking garage with coupons. Enter at your our risk, but thank goodness for Porta John close by, not mentioning any names… Next up is the good ole 21’s, start off with 1/2 curl up, then from middle up 1/2 the rest of the way and then full curl, that 1 and then run to the other end of the parking garage and do 20 LBC’s it all adds up to 21, hence the name. Rinse and repeat till you get to 21 curls and 1 LBC. Did have to adjust after the 10 on the 3 in 1 curls, adjusted to full curls for the last 10. Mosey back to COT and put coupons away, right on time at 6:15.
