Warm UP : Started with SSH, through the tunnel, imperial walker, little baby arm circles forward and backwards all in cadence, and 10 Burpess OYO. Then mosey over to the coupons grabbing them and heading to the end line of the football field.
The Thang: everyone takes a turn to call some exercises to punish the rest of the pax! First up:
Yours Truly “Zima” started with 20 curls and 20 over head press, murder bunnies for 15 yards rinse and repeat back to the start, then graciously passed on to Duckie.
Duckie : 5 block burpees, spring to corner of gym 20 air squats, then run back 5 more block burpees, alternating merkins using block one hand on ground the other on block, then both on block then switch hands. 10 each position.
Collar: to the tennis court our favorite topic suicide’s, 1st one with gorilla crawl 1 court and back, then crap walk to end of 2nd court, then bear crawl to end of 3rd court, lastly lung walk to end of 4th court and back.
Wally : 2 laps of Indian Run around the football field
Stretch : ab circuit, 1 pax ran to the end of the gym and back while another pax called ab exercise. Went until all pax ran.
Bindi : Ring of fire 10 merkins and hold plank while waiting for your turn and then 20 flutter kicks and hold 6 inches while waiting.
Deville : 20 SSH in cadence, then the new improved DeVille split hops 20 and 20 flutter kicks
Ratatouille : 10 shoulder press with Coupons, lung walk back with coupons to put away, but 10 LBC with coupons before stacking.
