Here’s the deal about Cromp: No Help created Cromp as an alternative to running at Stomp so he could get swole then shredded. Cromp is a combo of Crypt and Stomp. On Mondays and Wednesdays, Cromp meets with Stomp pax and runs to the outdoor gym. On Friday, Stomp isn’t on the schedule so Cromp pax park a at outdoor gym and bring their own coupon. YHC has been on him for years to make it an official AO, especially on Fridays since Stomp isn’t on the schedule. How do Cromp pax get counted otherwise?
Our fearlesss Nantan, the unquestioned leader of Cromp, skirted his duties of a disclaimer and prayer so YHC was unanimously elected to take over this AM.
There is a rumor that YHC is new AOQ. This has not been confirmed. Leadership scares me.

Silent disclaimer, Pray OYO
A variety of exercises were performed by each pax OYO followed each round by a lap around the parking lot. Each round consists of 4 exercises and a lap x whatever you can get in 45 min. Or, 47 min this AM. Exercise options included:
- Tire flips x 5
- Pull ups x 5
- Shoulder Presses x 10-15
- Merkins x 10-15
- Curls x 10-15
- Tricep Dips/Extensions x 10-15
- Kettlebell swings x 10-15
- Kettlebell rows x 10-15
- Iron Crosses / V-Ups x 10-15
