Lap around front lot and back to front of school. Box with 10 exercises written on it. 4 rounds. 1st X 5, 2nd X 10, 3rd X 15, 4th X 5. Each of the 8 pax rolled 10 sided die- use # to complete corresponding exercise. Choices: 0- SSH, 1- IW, 2- squats, 3- LBC, 4- Merkins, 5- Burpees, 6- BBSU, 7- Calf raises, 8- Wall sits, 9- Decline merkins
Random exercises were completed each round, then 1 lap around parking lot, rinse and repeat with each pax rolling the die one time per round.
