YHC hasn’t Q’d here in a couple of months, so he looked forward to this one. After dropping off Shawshank’s shovel flag, YHC arrived to an empty parking lot except for one lone runner. Kenwood showed up about a minute afterwards and then the PAX started to shuffle in from there. It was a good turnout, 9 PAX total, although some people are going to have to stay on the milk cartons. Here is how it went today:

The Thang:
Grab a block and head to the small field; line up on goal line
- Bear Crawl with block to mid-field
- At mid-field run to far end zone
- At end zone, punch out 25 Merkins, 25 BBSU, 25 squats, 5 Burpees
- Run back to block
- At block, get in 25 shoulder presses, 25 tricep extensions, 25 curls, 5 Burpees
- Round 1 complete. Wait for the six
- Rinse and repeat and try to get in at least 3 total rounds, we got 3.5 with lunges in Rounds 2 and 3 to replace the running
- Bear Crawl back to original end zone
Mosey to flag for Mary:
- 6 inches x 1 minute
- Buzz Saws x 20 (brutal)
- LBC the rest of the way; about 30 seconds
