Conditions : Nice 60 degrees and little humidity
Warm UP : Started with some SSH 15 in cadence, everyone’s favorite 15 Burpees, 15 Frankenstein, 10 Little Baby arm circle forward then 10 in reverse in cadence. Mosey to the street and back. Grab a coupon and then headed to the Tennis Court.
The Thang: Hey lets do 1,000 reps they said! It will be fun they said …. Started with Coupon in one corner of the court, 20 curls for the girls, then suicide half way then to the other fence. High plank to wait on everyone then moved to opposite side of the tennis court. Next 20 merkins, then lung walk to tennis court net and returned, Billy Bob let us know hey we should count that as some reps (20 total). 25 Squats and then 3/4 sprint back down to the other end of the courts. Then 25 LBC’s. After each exercise tried to high plank or low plank to wait on the 6 no man left behind! Rinse and repeat for 3 rounds then realized we needed to speed up the reps. For each exercise did 100 reps before moving to next exercise of curls, merkins, squats, and LBC’s. Headed back to COT, put away coupons and added up the numbers and finished with a strong 900 reps of total with exercises with a little running mixed in.
