- Hold high plank for a little while, recover.
The Thang
- Mosey to block pile, grab a block and head to track. Partner up at track
Lap 1
- Partner 1 – Farmers Carry (two blocks) around track
- Partner 2 – 25 merkins then catch up to partner 1 and trade off
Lap 2
- Partner 1 – Cusack around track
- Partner 2 – 20 LBC’s then catch up to partner 1 and trade off
CHANGE PARTNERS
Lap 3
- Partner 1 – Run Track
- Partner 2 – 20 monkey humpers then catch up to partner 1 and trade off
Lap 4 “Anyway way you want it”
- Partner 1 – Discuss with Partner 2 an exercise to do 20 reps of. Cusack around the track.
- Partner 2 – 20 (of the exercise chosen) then catch up to partner 1 and trade off
Walk to bottom of hill for 11’s
- 1 squat at top, 10 mountain climbers at bottom
- 2 squats at top, 9 mountain climbers at bottom, etc
Recover and put blocks back. Mosey to shovel flag
