It was just me at Surge today. I’m assuming that the Q sheet was right, so I just made something up on the fly, which is basically a normal Q for YHC. This was the workout.

The Thang:
20 to 10’s ultra:
Do 20 reps of the following exercises: Merkins, Squats, LBC, Carolina Dry Docks, Calf raises. Then run the quarter mile loop. At each light pole, do one Burpee. Total of 8 light poles. After returning from loop run, rinse and repeat exercises, decreasing each Rep by one until you reach 10 reps, run loop after each round of exercises. Due to time constraints, burpees were omitted on rounds 12, 11, and 10.
