Good to see some pax that I haven’t seen in a while today , and also a 1st time visitor from Water Boy (welcome!). Also, welcome back to SOG for his 2nd shank BC of the week. TClaps to CD for posting (and doing SL) with a tweaked back.

Warm up Mosey and Circle up
SSH IC X15, Windmill IC X10, Air Squats X 10IC, 10 Burpees OYO
The Thang(s):
We divided up in teams of 3 for a #fuel inspired relay. One pax is doing the below counted exercises, while the pax at the other end is doing as many as possible of the core exercise until the running pax get to him (50yds). Then switch and keep going until all of the below cumulative reps are done.
100 Team block thrusters –>Mt Climbers (as many as possible)
125 Team Burpees –>Gas Pumps (in and outs) (as many as possible)
150 Team Kettlebell Swings –> Plank Jacks (as many as possible)
175 Team Merkins –>BBSU’s (as many as possible)
200 Team Squats with your block –>American Hammers (as many as possible)
Mosey back to picnic shelter where we did 4 rounds of Box Jumps (X10) and Dips. Then finished with a 1 minute plank.

Devo: Galatians 1. We are studying this at my church and something I had never caught before, that my pastor pointed out, is the tone and urgency in which Paul writes this letter with. He is noticeably agitated (even angry) and considers it a BIG problem that the same people, who, only a short time ago heard and believed the “true” gospel are now trying to add to it with a performance based approach for salvation, which undermines Jesus’ death and resurrection as being enough (A “Jesus plus gospel”). Paul reminds them that its by grace and grace alone by which one is saved. He writes in Philippians 3 that “I obeyed the law without fault” and “once thought that these things were valuable, but now I consider them worthless because of what Christ has done”. Jesus + Nothing=the right equation for salvation.
