With rain overnight and still lingering this am, a game of cards was put together in an attempt to keep the pax dry.

Mosey half way around the front parking lot, then stop and circle up for warmup. Exercises were IW, OHC, HB, TTT, MC, DB all IC, 12 reps except IW which was 13 reps.
Mosey to bus loop where where a deck of cards were dealt out to the pax. Pax played cards and selected an exercise based on the suit. Face cards were worth 15 and Aces worth 1. Hearts were either Merkin, squat or BBSU. Clubs were either Carolina Dry Docks, Bobby Hurley, LBC (IC). Diamonds were either shoulder taps (ic), hillbillies (ic), Bonnie Blair’s (ea leg).
Work was done. Nearly all cards were played.

Devo: 2 yrs participating in F3 has offered me great opportunities to accelerate in all 3 Fs. Acceleration can occur without intentionality but to assure acceleration it is best if we approach intentionally. Proverbs 16:3 commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans. If we intentionally commit ourselves to the Lord he will see that we realize acceleration.
