Tuesday’s workout brought out some mumblechatter from workouts past, and wheelbarrows became a hot topic. YHC decided Thursday workouts would feature wheelbarrows. We needed an even number to make it work perfectly, but the 7 PAX who posted made it work about as good as could be. Good work men. Also great to have Cowbell over for the workout.

Prayer- Disclaimer- Mosey to back BB court by playground for COP all IC- SSH, TTT, Arm circle circuit, Imperial Walkers, Slo-mo squats
Head to block pile and grab a block and then to the track for exercises:
- Mosey across field hamburger style, 5 burpees, mosey back, 5 curls, plank on block, 5 merkins
- Mosey across field hamburger style, 10 BBSU, mosey back, 10 shoulder taps, plank on block, 5 merkins
- Mosey across field hamburger style, 10 squats, mosey back, 10 block squats, plank on block, 5 merkins
- Wheelbarrow across with partner to failure, flapjack, shoulder taps, back pedal back, plank on bloc, 5 merkins
Farmers Walk over to base of hill. Rinse and repeat everything we did above except going up and down the hill. The wheelbarrows up the hill were crowd pleasers.
