As this is Valentine’s Day, YHC thought it would be nice to allow the PAX to do some of their favorite exercises.
Grab two blocks per Pax.
Line up on the sideline. stations are at each sideline and the center of field. First person to get to the station calls out the exercise. All exercises were 14 reps. The exercises include merkins, BBSU, squats, flutter kicks, inline merkins, decline merkins, and probably a few others.
The way we moved to each station was a mix of sprinting, sprinting with both blocks, Bear Crawl Block Drag, Broad Jump Burpees, Crawl Bear, and who knows what else.
