Upper Body Beatdown

13 Pax beat the Fartsack and showed up to get their swole on.  It was great seeing a few  Pax that had been out for a while.  Keep pushing the rock, men.

THE THANG:

Mosey to the block pile and grab one.  Circle up and begin the fun.

One minute to complete exercises.  5 reps each and start again at the beginning of the next minute.

ROUND ONE

Burpees

Iron Crosses

Plank Jack Merkins

Did this for 14 minutes for total of 70 Burpees, 70 Iron Crosses, 70 Plank Jack Merkins.  Somewhere during this time Buzzsaw left to take care of Elvis.  No doubt in my mind he did the harder thing by doing people’s chair and monkey humpers while taking care of business.

Shoulder Press with Block

8 minute for total of 40 T plank merkins and 40 Shoulder Presses

ROUND THREE

Block Swing

Tricep Press

8 minutes for total of 40 block swings and 40 tricep presses.  Buzzsaw returned a lighter man, somewhere in round three.
