Did this for 14 minutes for total of 70 Burpees, 70 Iron Crosses, 70 Plank Jack Merkins. Somewhere during this time Buzzsaw left to take care of Elvis. No doubt in my mind he did the harder thing by doing people’s chair and monkey humpers while taking care of business.

ROUND THREE
Block Swing
Tricep Press
8 minutes for total of 40 block swings and 40 tricep presses. Buzzsaw returned a lighter man, somewhere in round three.
