It’s time for Santa to relax. We still have work to do to #getbetter.
YHC took the Q at Stride so Yellow Cake, Mr. Stride himself, could venture over to the The Reaper. While he was missed, 11 men posted (some were Twitter EH’d the night before) in the almost freezing gloom for a day-after-Christmas run to burn off the Christmas feasts and deserts.

Kept it very simple today. 20 minutes out, come on back.
Left Magistrate Court parking lot headed toward Main Street on Hwy 6. Merge on Hwy 378 toward I-20 and run as far as you can for 20 minutes. Bring it back for the last 20+ minutes.

Devo: Luke 2:20 “And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all they had heard and seen, as it had been told them.”
We are God’s shepherds. He dwells in us so it’s our job to share the good news just like the shepherds did.
Moleskin:
-Great seeing some guys return to Stride. This run group definitely helps with bootcamp endurance. All levels welcome. Hope to see some guys return.
-Freon apparently avg a 2 min/mile pace. That’s pretty good. Probably a world record or something.
-31 Lexington men posted for Stride and The Reaper. Friday is considered an off day. Proud to be part of this great group of men!
Prayer request:
-Continued prayers for Walker and the Phillips family. Walker had a seizure this morning and has a chest cold.
