6 Pax chose the harder thing by answering the call on a promise of pain this morning. YHC drew inspiration from Cryptonite’s leading of TARA at Beechwood recently and was determined to turn up the suck factor dial. Although the plan was to really bring the heat, the Pax took it head on and got better for it. As for the workout, here is how it went:

Mosey across the bridge and circle up on the Field
COP
Mosey to the Block Pile and grab two (2) Blocks
Block Carry to closest corner of the second Field
SIDD:
▪ Four corners marked using the small soccer goals
▪ SIDD Exercises to be done at corners – begin with x15 reps each
o Shoulder Shrugs
o Incline Merkins
o Double Block Squats
o Dips
1. Complete SIDD exercises, x15 reps each
2. Farmer Carry to next corner and set blocks down
3. Run a lap around the marked space and back to your blocks
4. Repeat steps 1-3 subtracting x1 rep from each exercise at each subsequent corner
5. Continue until time is called
Replace Blocks (much easier to type than actually do post-workout)
