Well the rains came and kept a large majority of the PAX in the bed, but the 9 that posted got better this morning.

The Thang:
Mosey to the covered walkway. Opening Prayer.
YHC had a different plan for the morning, but the rain called for a call to the bullpen. YHC bought a deck of the F3 workout cards so that is what we did. Each PAX drew a card and the WO/Exercise was performed. After about 20 mins we took a break from the deck of cards and performed a series of merkins and Chain Breakers on UpCharge’s call. After this series we went back to the deck until time was called.
