On the eve of LRAH, YHC wanted to take it easy on the Stride pax by avoiding the small mountains we’ll see tomorrow. It’s a challenge, though, finding a flat route in Lexington so YHC decided to go with a 20 min out, 20 min back route so the pax could go at whatever pre-race pace they felt like.

Take right onto Columbia Avenue running towards Lex Middle School
Take left onto Hwy 378 at Lex Middle
All pax made it to Starbucks and ran around drive thru
