5 Pax posted for YHC’s return to Crypt on a morning after a big game and also in a rainy Gloom. Thankfully the rain cleared off and allowed the pax the opportunity to start their day off right by #Accelerating their #King. Here is what went down:

Mozey around the Drop off loop Circle up for COP on the Helipad:

- Burpees 3 OYO (For TP)
Mozey around to the outdoor gym:
- 25 Squats
- 20 BBSUs
- 15 Merkins
- 10 Pullups / Body Rows
- 5 Burpees
- 1 lap from the gym area, out the driveway toward the front of the school, take left down the road, left into next driveway and back to where you started
- Rinse and Repeat until time was called (30-35 minutes)
