*Run 1 lap around the Track when finished start the following Ladder work;

1st Lap 10 Merkins

2nd Lap add 10 Squats

3rd Lap add 10 Burpees

4th Lap add 10 Pull Ups or Upright Rows

5th Lap add 10 Star Jumps

6th Lap add 10 BBSU

7th Lap add 10 Inch Worms

8th Lap add 10 Carolina Dry Docks

9th Lap add 10 Triceps extension  

10th Lap add 10 Flutter Kicks (4 count)

11th Lap add 10 Imperial Walkers (4 count)

12th Lap add 10 Iron Cross

We did not quiet make all of the reps (the 1000), (2-made it to lap 11 and 2 made it to lap 10) finished with 2 miles or close to it. The pax did a awesome job today!
