Quarantining with Bounty

YHC has not posted at Bounty in a while because of the Rona, but also because of P200 training. It was great to be out there with these men. This is one of the toughest AOs in which to participate in YHC’s very humble opinion, but it is also a great change of pace, with a good punch to the gut to start your week off right. Thank you for allowing me to Q today, but thank you mostly for your continued brotherhood. We need more PAX to post to here, so advertise in your DM boards each week.

Here’s how it went today.

Conditions: Cloudy, mid 60’s, getting humid

Warmup:

All on the track at start line:

1 lap warmup

2 minute stretch

On track:

2 Mile half speed workout
* 100m half speed sprint and 100m mosey
* Rinse and repeat for 1 mile
* Rest 1 minute
* Rinse and repeat all

Mosey to parking lot:

Parking Lot Island Ladder:
Starting at first parking lot island:
* Mosey straightaway, run backwards between islands, Mosey straightaway, run backwards to flag
* Rinse and repeat all the way to last parking lot island, increasing distance

1/3 mile Breezeway Circle run:
* Mosey to breezeway from flag
* Sprint entire breezeway
* Mosey to starting point

Cool down Mosey around parking lot

Finish at shovel flag

Total distance: 3.3 miles
