Warmup – SSH x 5 – 1 Burpee, SSH x 5 4 ct – 2 burpees – SSH x 5 – 3 burpess, SSH x 10. Through the tunnel x 10 – LBAC x 10 forward and reverse and RTR x 10.
Round 1 – 20 x 20 x 20TM Merkins/Squats /LBC’s – right turn and same at each cul-de-sac as we head to the Guard shack and back – 4/10 mile and 100 – Merkins, Squats, LBC’s . Added in some leg stretches.
Round 2 – 15 x 15 x 15 Merkins/Squats /LBC’s – right turn and same at each cul-de-sac as we head to the Guard shack and back – 4/10 mile and 75 – Merkins, Squats, LBC’s . Added in some leg stretches.
Round 3 – 10 x 10 x 10 Merkins/Squats /LBC’s – right turn and same at each cul-de-sac as we head to the Guard shack and back – 4/10 mile and 50 – Merkins, Squats, LBC’s . Added in some leg stretches.
Round 4 – 5 x 5 x 5 Merkins/Squats /LBC’s – right turn and same at each cul-de-sac as we head to the Guard shack and back – 4/10 mile and 25 – Merkins, Squats, LBC’s . Added in some leg stretches and back to the circle.
Total for AM – 250 Merkins/Squats /LBC’s and 1.6 miles covered.
