Yhc made the trip down the hill to visit the Pax of the Graveyard. As usual mumblechatter was plentiful until the snot starts to woggle and then the mumblechatter is replaced by bad looks shot in the direction of YHC. As usual the Pax came to work and YHC continues to work in some good livin teamwork exercises as we prepare for GoRuck Tough in July. Great work today men and I know it was tough when QIC is throwing things at me by the end of the Q. I will be back if you will have me.

Mosey to the bleachers break up into 3 teams. Each team has 2 exercises racoon crawl the stadium seats and backwards bearcrawl merkins up the stairs. Switch after everyone completes merkins.
Mosey to practice field, same three teams half of each team carries log to the top of reaper hill and back, while others do triangle of pain. First corner 50 block burpees per team bearcrawl to second corner. Second corner 50 log shoulder presses bearcrawl to third corner. Third corner 50 CDD and bearcrawl back to corner 1. Rinse and repeat until team returns with log and then switch.
