YHC saw an opening on the Q sheet and figured it would be good to venture out to Turning Point for YHC first Q at TP. Was just here on Thursday for Week 4 of the Iron Pax Challenge so two BC’s in a row at Turning Point. Had a great time out this morning…still a little warm and muggy but the cooler weather is coming. It was good to lead a new group of PAX this morning. Was able to meet several of them the week prior at IPC and already knew Canseco from running groups. This is a workout have done before and even though not extremely creative it is effective.
