No warm-up just a slow-z to the football field for some Ultimate Frisbee. Thanks MacG for bringing the frisbee and lighted cones. With 5 guys running XL we had an odd number to play with. So it was 4 on 5 but we kept changing it up a little to keep it fun. No one got hurt (this time) so everyone is a winner!
