Indian Run to Brickpile

Curls (alot), Overhead Bench (X30), Bricks out to side for 30 seconds

10 Burpees

Indian Run to mini-hill by track

Bear Crawl up and 20 squats

Reverse Crabcrawls up the hill (reminiscent of Go Ruck 12:30 am)

Indian Run to GY Hill and up to top then 20 dips

Indian Run back to track

Count off – 13 PAX
