F3 will expand again Saturday, January 3rd when the shovel flag is planted in Summerville, SC!
All men (18+) are invited to join the Expansion Teams from F3 Columbia, F3 Lake Murray and F3 Charleston on Saturday morning at Doty Park (320 North Laurel Street | Summerville, SC). We will meet at 6:50am. The workout will begin promptly at 7:00am and end at 8:00am.
You should wear normal workout attire with running shoes, and dress appropriately for the weather. Rain or shine, heat or cold! No additional equipment is needed, but a pair of lightweight gloves (for gripping) is recommended. Afterwards, we will go for coffee at Coastal Coffee Roasters (108 E 3rd North St | Summerville) and all are encouraged to join us.
F3 is a series of boot camp style workouts that began in Charlotte, NC, in 2011. The mission of F3 is to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership. The three F’s stand for “Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith,” and all F3 workouts operate under a set of five core principles. F3 workouts:
1. Are always free of charge
2. Are open to all men (18+)
3. Are held outdoors, usually in the early mornings, rain or shine, heat or cold
4. Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary
5. End with a Circle of Trust
