YHC is working on getting the Monica workout trademarked. She seems simple but she proves once again to be a smokefest.
Here’s a rundown:
3 exercises and a run, 7 reps each, 7 minutes. It’s that Simple. YHC is adding a new rule that burpees always has to be one of the 3 exercises and it always has to be 1000% humidity to get the full effect.
