round 1: at each corner begin with block merkins x5 and then farmer carry blocks to each corner then flutter kicks while waitng on 6
round 2: same thing but add 5 nipple wiper merkins at each corner
round 3: same thing adding carolina dry docks x5
round 4: same thing adding block jump burpees x5
round 5: samething adding merkins with block drag
