Mosey to another random spot and plank for exercises, all IC x 10- plank jacks, shoulder taps, Mt. Climbers, merkins.
Mosey to the parking lot and grab a line. That is your lane for 11s. Start and do 10 merkins, bear crawl (or any other type of animal type of movement is accepted) across parking lot and do 1 burpee. Reduce a merkin and add a burpee each time.
Mosey to front part of lot for 3 40 yard sprints NFL combine style.
Mosey to SF for 6 min or Mary.

Paul’s letter to the Colossians- his reason for his ministry- and how we can continue to build the church- that we can apply to discipling to others, to being “The Church”. Three things here: Encourage each other, be unified (joined together), stability through knowing and understanding Christ.
