March Madness Replay

You need to add a widget, row, or prebuilt layout before you’ll see anything here. 🙂

YHC saw the Q slot was open at The Hollow and decided to help fill in the blanks.  I’m not an NBA fan by any means, but I do know that the NBA Championship series starts tonight.  So what better time to bring back the March Madness workout I did a few months back.  6 total PAX today – 4 bootcampers and 2 runners.

Weather was real nice.

    • Sweet 16-hundred meter run

Since we had 4 bootcampers, we elected to run the mile as a group.  Each PAX would dribble for a lap and be the pace setter.  4 laps total in about 7:45 minutes.

Moleskin:

  • The disclaimer was a little too late. Honey Boo Boo tried to re-arrange Kenwood’s face with the basketball before things got started!
  • When running the mile, whoever was dribbling for that lap actually sped up.  I figured the dribbler would slow down.  Either adrenaline.  Or maybe because the basketball was a little flat, so you had to bounce it harder, so it went out further, making you speed up to catch it.  Dunno…
