Mosey towards the blockpile. There was no warmup since, I believe, everyone did StrideLite.
I still had to set out some cones since I placed them in the wrong spot thinking the blocks were somewhere else.
Everyone get a block and return to the field. Pair up in groups of 2 for the following…
Round 1 – Partner 1 karaokes across the parking lot to the far cone and back while Partner 2 does the exercise. Flapjack. Team totals were:
- 50x Double Block Declines
- 100x Golden Arches (2 blocks vertical, on your back, feet up and over both blocks is one rep)
- 150x Dips
Round 2 – Partner 1 overhead block carries to the middle cone while Partner 2 does the exercise. Flapjack. Team totals were:
- 50x Blockees
- 100x CFTGs
- 150x Block Benchpresses
Round 3 – Partner 2 farmers carries 2 blocks to the near cone while Partner 2 does the exercise. Flapjack. Team totals were:
- 50x Bouncey Squats
- 100x Feet Out In Up Down
- 150x Calf Raises
In between the rounds, we did spear throws. Each PAX got a chance to stick the spear inside a hula hoop. If you missed you had a penalty of 8 burpees, which everyone had most every time.
Return the blocks and meet back at the flag.
