31 Pax gathered @ graveyard in the 57 degree weather and noticed that the field gates were not open. Someone asked the QIC where we were working out(probably hoping that he just didn’t know where the key was). the QIC point over to the parking lot and said that area over there. The Pax new they were in for something different.
The Thang:
Mosey toward reaper hill, waved @ Crypt, and made left toward the parking lot. Circle up!
Side Straddle hop, 20 count IC, Thru the Tunnel 20 count IC & Mountain Climber 20 count IC, QIC thought that the Pax may miss since we can no longer do them on the field. Count in 2’s & remember your number.
Find some curb!!! 11’s w/ merkins & tri dips….on QIC 10 merkins/1 tri dip, continue to go down on the merkins/up on the tri dips until we were at 1 merkin/10 tri dip
Mosey to the small hill:
1’s on the line, bear crawl to the 2nd light post, lunge back, 2’s LBC’s….switch
1’s bear crawl to the 1st light post, lunge to the second, sprint to the 3rd & sprint back, 2’s flutter kicks…switch
1’s sprint to the stop sign, 2’s follow once 1’s hit 2nd light post….plank when done…..right arm left leg up, 10 count, left arm right leg up 10 count

Burpee’s at the top, calf raises at the bottom even # count to 10, plank when done.
Line up in 1’s and 2’s for Indian runs back the way we came to the flag.
Circle up, Russian twist 20 count IC, Dying Coach Roach 20 count IC, Plank Thrusters 10 high, 10 low IC, Monkey Humpers 15 count IC…..3 minutes of Imperial Walker’s for Walker
