The Dirty Dozen

Conditions: 53 and wonderful

Four pax exited the fartsack this morning and presented themselves at this wonderful AO.

YHC had come up with a new plan and used the pax as Guinea Pigs to see how well it was taken.  As the pax were wondering what the Q had to offer, sad clown faces appeared. They knew that YHC had something special. YHC tried to wear the pax down, but these guys are hardcore and do not take beatdowns very well.

The Thang:

Mosey around parking lot one time, mixing in backwards running to warmup

Square up on track.(4 pax make a square, not a circle)

SSH x 12

TTT x 12

Imperial Walkers x 12

Little Arm Circles  6 forward, 6 reverse

Mosey to Concession stand

The Dirty Dozen is a  dozen exercises with 12 reps each. Each exercise is OYO.

1) Squats

2) Air Jacks

3) Merkins

4) Burpees

5)Plank Jacks

6) Lunges

7) Reverse Lunge

8) Supermans

9) Carolina Dry Docks

10) Squat Kicks

11) V sit-ups

12) Dips

1 minute rest

Rinse and repeat x 2

Mosey to brickpile

Each pax pick up 2 bricks.

Brick boxing in cadence

1)  Forward punch x 12 IC

2) Uppercuts x 12 IC

3) Bent over rows x 12 IC

Rinse and repeat x 2

Mosey to shovel flag for Mary

1) Freddy Mercury x 12 IC

2) Big Boy Sit Up x 12 IC

3) Russian Twist x 12 IC

4) Leg Circles 6 each direction

5) Peter Parker x12 IC

6) Side to Side Hops x 12 IC

All pax were drenched in sweat at this time and were ready to throw in the towel. Instead, fist bumps took center stage and pats on the back for a job well done!
