THE THANG:

We wanted to keep it light, so that we would be good and loose when Thursday and IPC hit.  Mosey around Parking lot while stopping at three different stations.

station #1: Half of the Pax Jump Rope for 100 reps.  Second Half Plank, then Flap Jack.

Station #2: 20 Merkins

Station #3: Squats

Run this two times

Station #3: Lunges

People’s Chair 2 times for 1 minute each
