17 grown men gathered this morning in the gloomy confines of what we call The Hollow with dreams of moving up the IPC leader board. The men of The Hollow are always striving for every inch of betterment and today was no exception! IPC week 3 brought another brutal workout and YHC beleives the PAX gave it all they had. No one was perfect, but everyone got better! Here’s what transpired.

Moleskin: Great job this morning men! This workout was tough to complete with excellent form. I think most everyone did their best to perform prescribed exercises with their best form and range of motion. Good form or not, we got a lot of work done this morning and I guarantee everyone in attendance is better as a result. It was awesome to see so many new guys out there pushing themselves and encouraging each other! We even had an appearance from Meatball! We all love Meat and I sure hope he’s ready to be a regular again. It’s not quite the same with out him!
