6 PAX crawled out of the fart sack for a 7 am workout in 80 degree rainy weather. Had to fight the Lacrosse Police for the field but justice prevailed. A lot of wet shirts and shorts by the end.

1/4 mile Mosey (Run) to field with bricks and poles

Circle up

45 SSH

15 Through the Tunnel

45 LBAC (Little Baby Arm Circles)Forward and backward!

60 Merkins

Four Corners Increase reps by 10 after every round

10 reps First corner Goblet Squat with Cinder Blocks…..Sprint to next corner 10 iron crosses……Sprint to next corner. Take telephone pole and with on end on the ground and chest press the other end over your head…..Lunge to next corner Carolina Dry Docks…..Bear crawl to first station. Repeat 3 more times increasing reps by 10 each time.

100 reps total for each exercise.

20 Dolly Madisons: Ab exercise done laying on back, legs raised about six inches from ground. Keeping legs parallel to ground, separate legs outward then return to start.

2 minute Planks

1 Minute Reverse Plank

Brick Pyramid…..curls, arm lifts, and shoulder presses.  Reps 1 to 10 the back down.  55 reps each-Thanks Floppy Disk

1 mile jog-Thanks Catheter
