3 PAX ran while 2 did the bootcamp. With the Superbowl around the corner, today’s workout was football based, with some Superbowl trivia mixed in. Here’s how it went down…

Mosey a bit before the warmup which was…

Head back to the blockpile, look for ones with handles (no luck), and work your way to the far end of the football field. There we worked to score a touchdown. With 100 yards to go we did 100 reps of something, then ran down and back. Moved forwards 10 yards. Rinse and repeat until you get into the endzone. For a quick breather, we did Superbowl trivia questions every 10 yards. The gotya was that wrong answers cost everyone 10 Superbowl Situps as the penalty. Luckily there were only 2 out of 10 questions missed.
