With YHC still nursing a bum ankle and a “let pain be your guide” rehab plan, it was time to up the ante at Turning Point. 16 PAX posted for a beautiful cool morning in the gloom, and work was done by all.

Mosey to bus loop and settle in at the planter. Break off into groups of 3 with the following instructions:
- Person 1- run a lap around the bus loop
- Person 2- bear crawl about 30 yards to breezeway and back
- Person 3- Merkins on the planter
Rinse and repeat with exercise modifications
- Person 1- run a lap around the bus loop
- Person 2- crab walk about 30 yards to breezeway and back
- Person 3- Peoples chair on the wall
Rinse and repeat with exercise modifications
- Person 1- run a lap around the bus loop
- Person 2- different animal walk about 30 yards to breezeway and back
- Person 3- Burpees
Mosey back toward shovel flag for some sprint work.
30 yard sprint, mosey back, plank, 10 merkins
60 yard sprint, mosey back, plank, 10 hand release merkins,
90 yard sprint, mosey back, plant, 10 shoulder taps
