EMOM, every minute on the minute. Beginning of each minute, run down to the curb and back, complete exercise, remaining time within minute is rest time. Complete five minute stretch at a time, rotating to next exercise until all five exercises are done.

Men were designed to seek adventure. We were not designed to be timid creatures. We were designed to conquer, to seek challenges, to push ourselves, to push limits, to pursue…but the world wants to dim that in many men today. Not only does the world do it, but churches are doing it as well. You’ll find many timid men in church today, just doing what they’re told and not really living. God did not design us that way. We need to answer that call to adventure, answer that call to challenge ourselves, answer that call to push ourselves to new limits, and reject that call to a passive timid life.
