Six strong pax (four for Stride Lite) beat the fartsack this morning and posted for some boot camp fun.  YHC unfortunately had to miss boot camp earlier in the week due to some illness recovery, but was ready to get back out in the gloom.  Cumulative, comprehensive, clarity was the goal for the workout and after meticulously detailing the events that would take place on the trusty board of pain, everything was set and ready to go.  Aside from the unfortunate loss of an exceptional coupon, thanks LEGO, everything went exactly as planned.  As for the workout, here is how it went:
