Grab block and head toward steps
Start at the block at bottom of stairs, climb up stairs, 5 jump squats on wall, come down stairs 10 curls for the girls. Rinse and repeat x 3
Head to lower BB court with blocks
Start at baseline, perform suicide on court. 5 napalms, plank.
Lunge walk with block across court.
Put blocks back, mosey to SF for 7 min of mary
