Mosey to the block pile and pick a good one. Mosey on over to the parking lot beside the breezeway from some ladder exercises:
1st Ladder: curls for the gurls x 10, run across the parking lot, burpees x 5, repeat until you work your way to 5 curls, 10 burpees
2nd Ladder: kettle bell swings x 10, run across the parking log, jump squats x 5; repeat until you work your way to 5 kettle bells, 10 squats
3rd Ladder: shoulder press x 10, run across the parking lot, merkins x 5; repeat until you work your want to 4 shoulder press, 10 merkins
Return the blocks to the block pile and mosey to the courtyard for some people’s chair
All pax assume the people’s chair, the first pax runs across the courtyard and then back, the second pax then runs across the courtyard and back. Repeat until all pax have completed the run
Mosey to the breezeway. All you got sprint to the far end of the breezeway. All you got for the return trip
