To the tunes of Grout’s favorite band, the men of Tomahawk were introduced to YHC’s favorite weekly workout, Cromp. It’s a mixture of Crypt and Stomp, hence the name Cromp. We lacked pull up bars so we modified to block burpees. Cromp AOQ would’ve been proud.
It was fun hearing the mumblechatter from Tomhawhk faithful, Bull and Gangnam. Keep it up, Men.
