The Thang:
YHC took another trip around the sun allowing him to have a Birthday Q with the men of Detention.
Here’s how it went down.
Mosey from parking lot to brick wall: 25 merkins, 25 squats, 25 dips. Mosey to bottom of principal. The PAX had no idea YHC was about to surprise them with some shrimp n grits. Work had to be done first. Plain, simple, yet effective.
20 merkins at bottom of principle
20 merkins at top of principle
Run down stairs, up big stairs
20 merkins at bottom of principle
20 monkey humpers at top of principle
rinse and repeat

Devo:
What separates your PAX from one another? What makes your AO stand out? What are you doing differently than the next AO?
I don’t run Detention, the men who post run it. I am merely a communication outlet for the AO. The men who post make us better not because of the work outs, but, the energy they bring, the commitment, the work ethics, and the way the lead not just at Detention, but, in their home and community. These skills transpose into great workouts. These traits make each of us better men and motivate us to be better men for ourselves and others. We are- more than a workout.
